Yes, You Could Have an Post-Eclipse Headache
By: Kelly Meyers
I didn't drink one drop of alcohol yesterday, but somehow I feel like I have a mild hangover. Hmmm, seems weird, right? Well, science actually agrees.
If you felt overwhelmed, anxious, and emotional you can blame it on the sun and the moon. Sure, I felt a bit overwhelmed yesterday, but that's because I had four TV screens at work that all were airing coverage of the eclipse.
But why am I feeling "meh" today? I did some research and found that a lot of people seem to be having a post-eclipse headache.
I made sure to wear my eclipse glasses the whole time and I still have a headache

In fact, Mashable found that one of the most searched topics after the eclipse was eclipse headaches.
Is anybody else experiencing a headache after watching the eclipse? Seriously my head has been killing me ever since.

Here's the deal though, we can't blame the eclipse on our headaches and our blah mood today. Experts are saying that it could be a combination of strained necks, more time in direct sunlight, and the eclipse glasses. Looking through those eclipse glasses definitely was trippy.

I'm glad that I am not the only one experiencing an eclipse hangover!
