RECIPE: Tasty Blueberry Buckle

This one is a simple-to-make blueberry treat that we absolutely love.
PREPARATION:
- Preheat oven 375°F.
- To make an egg wash, simply whisk egg and water together.
- Mix ingredients together and place in a tart pan with one sheet pie dough lined on the bottom.
- Using second pie dough, cut in to desired shapes and place on top.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake until crust is brown and berries are bubbling
INGREDIENTS:
- Pie dough, prepared, two sheets
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 quart blueberries, fresh
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Zest and juice of one orange
- Black pepper, pinch
