Brady Duke may only be 7 years old, but he could teach most adults a lesson about compassion.

The Wisconsin boy is stealing hearts across the country after his selfless act of gratitude went viral over the weekend. Brady wanted to do something after four people – including a local police officer – were killed in a shooting last week. The boy's story was shared on Facebook by the local police department.

Brady wrote to the Wausau Police Department to thank them for keeping his family safe, and he offered the his heroes his most prized possession, his Nintendo Wii.

"My Wii was my most favorite thing to do. Especially Mario Kart and Lego Star Wars," Brady told a local TV station. "They had a police brother that died, and I just wanted to make them happy.”

The gaming system has been set up at the police headquarters, and the local police chief says that the officers finding the games to be theraputic.

Way to go, Brady!
