INGREDIENTS

• 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
• 3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
• 1/2 c. granulated sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
