"We are lighting up the City as Newport News Celebrates the 4th of July, At Home with red, white, and blue lights on the fountains at City Center on July 3 - 5 and searchlights at Brooks Crossing on July 4. Look to the sky during the day on July 4 for aerial flyovers with a special banner."
